Our Capers are harvested from wild rock caper bushes (capperi di roccia / alcaparras de roca) in Morocco's Fes-Meknes region, known for producing capers with a firmer texture and richer flavor. Sorted into standard B2B calibres (Non-Pareil, Surfines, Capucines, Fines, Mifines, Hors Calibre), they are available year-round from stock in bulk 180kg plastic drums. We offer custom private label/OEM packaging and CIF shipping options upon request.
